Surface preparation

• The area or areas to be coated should be clean and free from dust, grease, or other things that will affect adhesion.
• To increase the efficiency of adhesion You should apply a foundation first, such as a cement foundation or steel foundation, depending on the surface being coated.
• If there are cracks or holes, they should be repaired before installing new concrete. It should be at least 28 days old.

Usage

• Mix Basebond Polyurethane Waterproofing with clean water in a ratio of 3:1. Apply as a base layer with a brush or roller. Let it dry for 1-2 hours.
• Apply basebond polyurethane waterproofing. without mixing water Apply 3 coats with a brush or roller, allowing the coat to dry for approximately 1-2 hours before applying the next coat.
• In case of needing to strengthen the corner area or areas between joints that are at risk of cracking It is recommended to cover it with mesh tape for added strength. By laying the netting over and embedded in the first layer of waterproof
• polyurethane that is still wet. Press and iron firmly. Let it dry before applying the second and third coats respectively.
