Installation Steps for VG Snow Roof Pro uPVC Sheets:

Install the VG Vinyl Roof Sheet, Snow Roof Pro, white color, with a spacing not exceeding 60 cm for brown and earth-tone colors and 40 cm for white color. It can be installed on all types of roofs.

• Place the sheet close to the steel edge. Use an electric screwdriver to screw in the screws to secure the sheet, starting at the joint. Screw in the screws at specified intervals along the designated lines (do not fasten screws on the ridge of the roof sheet as it may cause leaks).
• Fit the roof sheet tightly against the starter and place the locking cover cap on the roof sheet securely. Ensure that there are no gaps under the roof sheet.
• Tighten the joint seam securely before screwing in the screws. Screw in the screws at specified intervals.
• Repeat the process until you reach the last roof sheet (do not fasten screws on the ridge of the roof sheet as it may cause leaks).
• Place the locking cover cap on the last roof sheet on the joint and press it securely. Check under the roof sheet to ensure a tight fit with no gaps.
• Seal the end joint of the roof with the end cap (seal the joints between the sheets, at the starting point, and at the ending point).
  • Assemble and test before final fastening (ensure the size of the locking caps is consistent, and close the tight holes after assembly).
  • Use high-tensile adhesive for internal fixation and insert hot melt adhesive while waiting for the internal pressure adhesive to dry.

Additional recommendations

• Roof Sheet Calculation: Divide the width of the roof (in meters) by 0.2625 to determine the number of sheets needed.
• Spacing, Steel Size, and Water Level Measurement: Incorrect spacing or non-standard steel sizes may result in slow water drainage or water accumulation. Ensure that the steel is correctly spaced to prevent sagging.
• Avoid the Use of Thinners or High-Acid Cleaners: Do not use thinners or cleaners with high acidity for cleaning, as they may cause material surface changes.
• Press the Roof Sheet Tightly Before Screwing: Ensure that the roof sheet is tightly pressed before screwing in the screws.
• Use High-Tensile Adhesive or Hot Melt Adhesive for End Cap Fixation: Use high-tensile adhesive or hot melt adhesive to secure the end caps tightly.

Roof Cleaning Method:

• Mix clean water with laundry detergent or dishwashing liquid (diluted).
• Use a sponge or cloth soaked in the soapy water to clean the roof.
• Use a clean cloth to wipe off any soap or detergent residue.

Product Warranty Conditions:

• The warranty covers product quality issues only if the product is installed according to the company's specified standards. Conditions not covered include exceeding specified spacing, having a lower slope than required, not fastening screws in all directions, and other cases such as painting, not measuring water levels, non-standard steel, bending, and natural disasters.
