Installation Steps for Vinyl Roofing Sheets VG Model Snow Roof Pro:

The installation of vinyl snow-roof panels, in white color, can be done with a maximum distance of 60 cm between each panel. For brown and dark-colored panels, the maximum distance should not exceed 40 cm. The installation is compatible with all types of roofs.

1. Start by positioning the sheet tightly against the steel edge. Use an electric drill to shoot screws to secure the starting point to the ridge. Shoot screws at every panel spacing as specified (avoid screwing on the panel groove as it may cause water leakage).

2. Fit the roofing sheet tightly against the starting point and insert the locking cap to secure the roofing sheet tightly. Check underneath the roofing sheet to ensure a tight fit without any gaps.

3. Align the joint properly and tighten it before shooting screws. Shoot screws at every panel spacing. Repeat the same process until the final roofing sheet is reached (avoid screwing on the panel groove as it may cause water leakage).

4. Insert the locking cap on every joint and press it firmly (joints between panels, starting point joint, and end joint).

5. Fit the end closure tightly against the final roofing sheet and insert the locking cap. Press it firmly. Check underneath the roofing sheet to ensure a tight fit without any gaps.

6. Seal the joint ends with end caps (joints between panels, starting point joint, and end joint).

   • Test the assembly before final fixation (observe that the locking size is consistent and can cover the gaps).

   • Use high-pressure adhesive for internal fixation and apply hot-melt adhesive between the joints. Allow the adhesive to dry and achieve strong bonding.

Additional Recommendations:

• Calculation of Roof Sheets: Divide the width (in meters) by 0.2625 to determine the number of sheets needed.
• Spacing between Purlins, Steel Sizes, and Water Level Measurement: These factors affect the installation of the low-slope roof, as water drainage may be slow or form puddles if the steel spacing or size is not within the specified standards, leading to sagging.
• Avoid using thinners or other chemicals with high acidity for cleaning, as they may cause material surface changes.
• Ensure that the roof sheets are tightly pressed before shooting the screws.
• Use high-tensile adhesive or hot glue to secure the end caps of the roof.

Roof Cleaning Method:

1. Mix clean water with laundry detergent or dishwashing liquid in a diluted form and use a sponge or cloth to clean.
2. Use a clean cloth soaked in water to rinse off the detergent or dishwashing liquid residue.
3. Use a clean cloth to dry the roof thoroughly.

Product Warranty Conditions:

• The warranty for vinyl VG roof products is applicable only if any issues arise from product quality. The warranty is void if the installation is not done according to the company's specified standards, such as exceeding the recommended sheet spacing, having lower slope levels than specified, not fastening screws at every spacing, or any other cases such as improper painting, failure to measure the water level, non-standard steel frames, bending or twisting, and natural disasters.
