Technical information

• Color film type: semi-gloss, semi-matte
• Amount of use: approximately 1 kg per square meter (per application of 1 layer of foundation and 2 layers of topcoat), resulting in a thickness of 350 - 400 microns (0.35 - 0.40 mm.)
• Drying time (at 25 degrees Celsius)
  • Drying time before overcoating: 2 - 4 hours.

Steps for using the product

1. Step 1 : Surface preparation
   • The surface to be applied with Beyer Roof Seal Cool must be dry and clean. Free from dust and dirt stains
   • Areas with mold and algae should be scrubbed and cleaned as well. Beyer Mold Free Fungus and Algae Killer, then let it dry and then apply Beyer Roof Seal Cool.
   • In the case where the surface was originally painted or there is waterproofing material that has deteriorated, scrape and remove it completely.
2. Step 2 : Applying foundation
   
   • Mix Beyer Roof Seal Cool with clean water in a ratio of 3:1. Apply as a foundation layer and leave to dry for 2 - 3 hours (in case of needing to strengthen Enhance the adhesion of the surface Recommended to cover with Beyer Fiber Mesh)
3. Step 3 : Painting the topcoat
   
   • Apply or roll Beyer Roof Seal Cool (no need to mix with water) 1st layer, leave to dry for 2 - 3 hours.
   • Apply or roll Beyer Roof Seal Cool (no need to mix with water) on the second layer. Leave the paint film dry for at least 12 hours before use.
