Installation Steps for CMR Ceramic-Coated Steel Roof: Casa Spain 760 

• Step 1
  • Install the frame with a wave length measurement from the bottom, up to 70 cm of gap between the waves. Adjust the remaining top end according to the job site condition.
  • Install the guide line at the roof's edge to ensure a consistent level during installation.
• Step 2
  • Install the first roof sheet by aligning the female wave on the front side of the sheet and screw it onto the wave (Note: The female wave should be smooth and flat).
  • For every installation, the foam filler tape should be installed.
• Step 3
  • Install the subsequent sheets by placing the roof sheet under the female wave, overlapping it with the first sheet (Note: The male wave will have a straight groove).
  • Align the roof sheet tightly with the male wave, and screw it at the overlapping points of each wave.
  • Screw the sheet at the middle curve of the waves, following the wave length.
  • Check the guide line of the sheet's edge to be the same during each installation.
  • Install the remaining sheets following the same steps.
