• Mixing before use: No need to mix thinner. In case you want to mix, use JBP thinner number T-40 not more than 5%.

Surface preparation

• new cement surface
  • Leave the cement wall to dry completely for at least 1 month or check that the surface moisture level is not more than 14%. Clean the surface to be free of dirt, dust, wax stains with a cloth, brush (do not use a wire brush as it will cause rust), clean water. or detergent solution, leave to dry.
• old cement surface
  • Scrub and clean all the original paint that has deteriorated. (Do not use a wire brush) for areas with mold or algae. Should be scrubbed clean with JBP Moldwash and left to dry for 3 hours without washing off. For surfaces that have cracks, fill them with an appropriate sealant.

Additional suggestions

• Product life: 3 years at a temperature of 30 - 35 degrees Celsius (store the product in a dry, well-ventilated place. Close the lid tightly. Do not store in hot places and out of direct sunlight.)
