Technical Information

• Coverage: 32-37 square meters / 3.5 liters per coat
• Clean water usage
  • For brushing/rolling: Mix with water approximately 15-20%
  • For spraying: Mix with water approximately 25-30%
• Drying time
  • Touch dry: Within 30 minutes
  • Recoat time: After 2 hours
  • Complete drying: After 24 hours

Surface Preparation

• New plaster surfaces
  • Allow the wall to dry completely for at least 1 month.
  • Clean the surface to remove dust, cement residues, dirt, using a cloth or brush (do not use wire brushes as they may cause rusting). Rinse with clean water.
• Existing plaster surfaces
  • Remove the old deteriorated paint completely (do not use wire brushes). For areas with fungi or water stains, clean with JBP MouldWash and let it dry for 3 hours without rinsing.
  • For surfaces with cracks, seal them with a suitable filler, then sand the surface smoothly with sandpaper.

Priming

• New plaster surfaces:
  • Prime the surface with JBP SmartClean Sealer No. 7700 for interiors and SmartCoat Primer No. 8700 for exteriors, 1 coat each, or for maximum water resistance, efflorescence resistance, and alkali resistance, prime with JBP SmartClean Sealer No. 900 (water-based system) mixed with JBP Multipart PRIMER 2000 powder, 1 coat each.
• Existing plaster surfaces:
  • Prime the surface with JBP SmartClean Sealer (alkali-based) or JBP Multipart PRIMER 2000 (oil-based system), mixed with JBP Multipart PRIMER powder, 1 coat each, for better adhesion on old paint films.

Topcoat Application

• Apply 2 coats of JBP SmartClean for interiors and JBP SmartCoat for exteriors.

Additional Recommendations:

• Mix the colors thoroughly before use to ensure consistent texture.
• Close the lid tightly when not in use and keep it out of reach of children, away from water sources.
• Operate under suitable conditions with adequate ventilation. Avoid contact with eyes.
• Do not inhale or consume. Avoid direct skin contact. If contact occurs, rinse with water and soap.
• If it comes into contact with the eyes, rinse with a large amount of water and seek medical attention immediately.
