How to use

Skin preparation

• The surface must be clean and dry. dust free
  • Moisture content not more than 6% by Kett Model HI-520 or moisture content not more than 14% by Protimeter Mini.
  • Alkalinity not more than 8

  • Leave to dry for at least 28 days.
  • Apply new cement primer to prevent alkali and salt. Prevent color fading Nippon Paint Super Chev Wall Sealer, amount 1 coat

  • Scrub the original paint that has deteriorated completely. (Do not use a wire brush.)
  • Areas with mold or algae must be scrubbed and cleaned first
  • When the surface is dry, apply Nippon Paint Vinylex Biowash 1 coat and leave to dry for 1 day.
  • If the cracked area is less than 2 mm wide, fill with Nippon Paint Vinylex Wall Putty.
  • If the crack area is more than 2 mm wide, fill it with terracryl.
