Technical Information:

• Mixing ratio: 1 bag (20 kg) with 7.5-8.0 liters of clean water.
• Consumption rate: 1.3 kg per square meter per 1 mm thickness.
• Thickness per layer: 0.5-2.0 mm.
• Environmental temperature: +5°C to +35°C.
• Working time after mixing: 120 minutes (at 25°C).
• Initial setting time: 300 minutes (at 25°C).
• Curing time: 3-7 days.
• Compressive strength: ≥ 8 MPa at 28 days.
• Tensile adhesion strength: ≥ 0.8 MPa at 28 days.

Mixing Instructions:

1. Mix 20 kg of LANKO 110 Skimcoat White Extra with 7.5-8.0 liters of clean water until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.
2. For small quantities, a small-sized drill with a mixing paddle can be used for at least 3 minutes.
3. For larger quantities, use a larger-sized drill at a maximum speed of 500 revolutions per minute and mix for at least 3 minutes or until a uniform consistency is obtained.
4. Let the mixed material stand for 1-3 minutes. Do not add additional water after mixing.

Application Instructions:

1. Apply the first layer with a trowel.
2. Apply at least 2 layers, with the first layer used for leveling the surface and the second layer for final finishing. Multiple layers can be applied depending on the desired thickness or surface texture.
3. If the surface has significant imperfections, it is recommended to apply the first layer to fill the imperfections, which will facilitate subsequent work.
4. Allow a drying time of 10-45 minutes between each layer and use abrasive paper #380 for further sanding and finishing.
5. Allow a curing time of 3-7 days before applying additional decorative materials.
