vFIX Recessed Ceiling Fan Replacement Service

• It is a service to replace the ceiling exhaust fan in place of the old one in the same location.
• The new machine that needs to be changed Must have the same machine format as before.
• The work site must already have electrical wiring installed at the point where it is intended to be installed.
• Installation fee does not include wiring and electrical work.
• The exhaust fan must be provided by the customer. Complete with electrical wiring equipment, cable covering rails, and electrical conduits.
• Services are provided by a team of professional technicians who have been trained in skill standards from the Department of Skill Development.
• Work guaranteed after installation for 180 days (in the case of normal use)
• Approximate installation time 3 hours (depending on the jobsite area)
• Number of service technicians: 2 people

Standard work procedures

1. Steps before entering work
   • Check the location of replacing the ceiling exhaust fan.
   • Inspect all included products and equipment before installation. (In the case of a difference in price, the technician will inform the matter to vFIX Contact Center and confirm the price with the customer. If the customer agrees to accept the conditions for the difference. The technician team then started installing it.)
2. Steps during work
   • Remove the old fan and check that the opening is sized to allow for the new fan to be installed. Ready to prepare the opening to be the right size for installation.
   • Check the wires and connect the wires to the switch and exhaust fan. Ready to connect to the home electrical system.
   • Keep neat details of equipment installation points and light switches. (not including paint work)
3. Steps for checking work
   • Check the power of connection points and equipment.
   • Test turning on and off the exhaust fan.
4. Instructions for use
   • Observe the operation of normal propeller rotation.
   • Always take care of and clean the fan blades and fan cover.
   • Always check the sealant points to ensure they are neat and tidy.

Terms of service

• The installation standard for the service height is not more than 3 meters. And additional costs will be considered in cases where the height exceeds 3 meters.
• In the case that the actual wires used exceed those specified in the standard equipment included in the installation fee. Additional costs will be charged as per the table above.
• We reserve the right to not provide installation services for exhaust fans attached to concrete walls. Precast unless the space has already been prepared to install the exhaust fan.
• This service fee includes the job of painting the ceiling only at the point of installation. (Customer prepares ceiling paint)
• We reserve the right to install in areas that already have water and electricity.
• Wiring and various pipes are floating.
• We reserve the right to install products. Do not accept exchanges or returns.

• The company will not be responsible for any damages resulting from the following cases:
  • The customer hires a third party to do the installation. or modify the company's installation work
  • The customer hires or has the company's technicians install it. Work other than the items listed in the work report. without going through the company
• In the event that the job site is not ready for installation or has not been notified 2 days in advance of the appointment date, the company will charge a travel fee of 300 baht/time.
• 180 day installation warranty, which is caused by installation or normal use only.
• In the case that the customer wants to move the installation point or install the old one at the company. Already installed will be charged the same as new installation work.

• *Free for the first 30 kilometers from the VFIX branch in Thai Watsadu or BNB Home mentioned above only.
• *From kilometer 31 onwards, additional distance is charged at 10 baht per kilometer.

Note:

• In the event of requesting a reschedule of service appointment, please notify us at least 2 days in advance (during office hours from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm) at phone number 1308. Rescheduling can be done a maximum of 2 times.
• In case there is no notification for rescheduling the appointment, or if the technician has traveled and cannot proceed due to lack of customer notification of the project details or being outside the working hours in the service area, the company reserves the right to charge a travel fee of 300 Baht per visit.
• For service changes/returns or cancellations, they can be canceled within 14 days from the date of purchase confirmation in the system.
• We reserve the right not to refund the installation or usage fees in all cases, including standard installation equipment, which cannot be changed, cut, returned, or discounted.
• We reserve the right to change prices and service conditions without prior notice. The service fee is net price including VAT, excluding property relocation fees.
• We ask for customer cooperation in storing and moving property of value out of the service area, as the company will not be liable for any damage, loss, or disappearance in any case.
• We request permission to take photos of the customer's service area for assessment purposes in providing the service.
• If the customer incurs parking fees for the service area, additional charges may be billed later by the company.
