Scope of air conditioner cleaning service

  1. Test the operation of the machine
  2. Clean the Filter and Coil Panel at the Fancoil Unit.
  3. Clean the drain pipe, drain tray, blower set.
  4. Check the squirrel cage fan blade motor set. propeller balance
  5. Clean the Condensing Unit coil panel.
  6. Check the pressure of the liquid in the system, notify the results to the customer/and notify QC CE if the liquid system needs to be refilled.
  7. Check the electrical system in the air conditioning system. Report the results to the customer/and notify QC CE if there is a problem with a current that is much higher than the nameplate.
  8. Spray disinfectant.

Standard work procedures

  1. Steps before entering work
    • Check the BTU size of the air conditioner and ask for information. Date and time of the customer's last air conditioner cleaning to analyze the problem.
    • Check the height of the work area. (coil position)
    • Ask for information about abnormal operation of the customer's air conditioner that has previously occurred (if any).
  2. Steps during work
    • Turn on the air conditioner to test that the machine can still work. along with measuring the cold temperature
    • Cover the furniture with canvas. along with flooring and prepare various equipment
    • Turn off the breaker to cut off the power circuit. After that, open the air mask. Take out the air filter.
    • Tighten the screw that secures the remote control receiver from the air conditioning mask / Tighten the screw that secures the air conditioning mask. Gently remove it and remove the center cover / Tighten the screw that locks the drain tray. Remove the swing motor. Unlock the drain tray and take it out for cleaning / remove the air diffuser plate.

Terms of service

  • The above price includes 7% VAT.
  • The company reserves the right to stop providing hot coil cleaning services. In the case where the hot coil location is in a high-risk area, there is no balcony or stairs cannot be used.
  • Air conditioner cleaning service Product repairs are not covered. We reserve the right to cancel air conditioner cleaning services. In the case of a broken machine, it cannot be used.
  • The company reserves the right not to provide clearing services. In the case that the machine has a lifespan of more than 3 years and the liquid must be drawn into the compressor in order to cut the Fan Coil Unit down for cleaning.
  • The company reserves the right to provide air conditioner cleaning services. Wall mounted type only
  • In the case of having to refill the air conditioner refrigerant, there will be additional costs.
    • Air conditioner refrigerant #R22 30 baht per pound / Air conditioner refrigerant #R32/#R410 50 baht per pound.
  • In the event that the job site requires more than 3 floors of scaffolding, this will be an additional cost.
  • In case the air conditioner has a problem after cleaning, the warranty is 30 days from the date of service.
  • The company will not be responsible for any damages resulting from this case.

  • From kilometer 31 onwards, additional distance is charged at 10 baht per kilometer.

Note:

  • In the event of requesting a reschedule of service appointment, please notify us at least 2 days in advance (during office hours from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm) at phone number 1308. Rescheduling can be done a maximum of 2 times.
  • In case there is no notification for rescheduling the appointment, or if the technician has traveled and cannot proceed due to lack of customer notification of the project details or being outside the working hours in the service area, the company reserves the right to charge a travel fee of 300 Baht per visit.
  • For service changes/returns or cancellations, they can be canceled within 14 days from the date of purchase confirmation in the system.
  • We reserve the right not to refund the installation or usage fees in all cases, including standard installation equipment, which cannot be changed, cut, returned, or discounted.
  • We reserve the right to change prices and service conditions without prior notice. The service fee is net price including VAT, excluding property relocation fees.
  • We ask for customer cooperation in storing and moving property of value out of the service area, as the company will not be liable for any damage, loss, or disappearance in any case.
  • We request permission to take photos of the customer's service area for assessment purposes in providing the service.
  • If the customer incurs parking fees for the service area, additional charges may be billed later by the company.
