Standard work procedures

1. Steps before installation
   • Check the location of the installation area.
   • Check the air conditioner
   • Check the distance to the position specified for standard installation. (If it exceeds what is specified according to the standard, the vFIX team will notify you of additional service fees.)
2. Steps during work
   • Install cooling coil (FCU)
   • Install sewer pipes and electrical systems. Install refrigerant pipes with insulation.
   • Install the hot coil (CDU) and enter the refrigerant system.
   • Install the drain pipe cover for neatness.
   • Test the operation of the air conditioner
3. Steps for checking work
   • Test the operation of the air conditioner By leaving it open for 20-30 minutes.
   • Check operation with the air conditioner remote. Must be pressed and can be used in every mode.
   • Check the sound of the air conditioner and hot coil operating. There must be no abnormal sounds.
   • Check for cleanliness and sign off on work in the system and delivery documents.

Installation terms and conditions

1. Terms of service
   • The above price includes 7% VAT.
   • This price does not include cleaning services during the year after installation.
   • In the case that a smooth plaster ceiling must be drilled, the company will drill the ceiling at the installation location. (Does not include ceiling and paint cleaning work)
   • The work area must have a horizontal area of 2-3 square meters and a height from the floor to the machine not exceeding 3 meters.
   • In cases where the work site does not have a balcony, scaffolding must be used for installation. Customers must prepare scaffolding or if they want the VFIX team to provide it, there will be a scaffolding equipment rental fee. There is a charge for renting scaffolding equipment installed on 3 floors, a
     • lump sum price of 2,500 baht, and scaffolding equipment installed on 4 floors, a lump sum price of 3,500 baht.
   • In the event that the job site is not ready for installation or has not been notified 2 days in advance of the appointment date, the company will charge a travel fee of 300 baht/time.
   • The company reserves the right to provide installation services in impossible or dangerous areas. The customer will receive a discount on the installation fee according to the company's conditions.
   • Standard breakers included in the service fee, brands HACO, NATIONAL and PANASONIC, with box only.
   • In the case of an old air conditioner with a size greater than 24,000 BTU, an on-site survey must be conducted to bid before installation.
   • Air conditioner refrigerant pipe installation service, 4 meters, with the customer preparing the air conditioner refrigerant pipe equipment. In the case that the customer does not have refrigerant pipe equipment, an additional service fee will be charged according to the service price list including installation that is beyond the specified standards.
   • Installation service does not include air conditioner refrigerant.
2. Installation equipment requirements
   • Wiring and various pipes will be floating only.
   • Standard equipment for actual installation But not more than the amount specified above.
   • The company reserves the right to deliver unused standard equipment. and cannot be exchanged for cash or any discounts
   • In the case of equipment that the customer provides himself Installation labor is charged at 50% of the price of the equipment (VAT included).
     
     • In the case of equipment other than the standard supplied with the product and used for installation without labor charge
3. Installation warranty
   • Installation work guaranteed for 180 days from the date of installation.
   • In case the customer wants to move the installation point Or installing an old machine will be charged the same as a new installation.
   • We reserve the right in the case that the customer has already signed and accepted the installation work in the document and it is considered that the installation is complete. The customer has already inspected all installation work. If there is a change/move of the installation point, the company will charge a standard price.
   • We reserve the right to consider additional expenses in the case of broken equipment or air conditioning parts. and suspend service in cases where the air conditioner must be repaired before installation
   • The company will not be responsible for any damages caused by the customer hiring a third party to install. or modify the company's installation work

Note:

• In the event of requesting a reschedule of service appointment, please notify us at least 2 days in advance (during office hours from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm) at phone number 1308. Rescheduling can be done a maximum of 2 times.
• In case there is no notification for rescheduling the appointment, or if the technician has traveled and cannot proceed due to lack of customer notification of the project details or being outside the working hours in the service area, the company reserves the right to charge a travel fee of 300 Baht per visit.
• For service changes/returns or cancellations, they can be canceled within 14 days from the date of purchase confirmation in the system.
• We reserve the right not to refund the installation or usage fees in all cases, including standard installation equipment, which cannot be changed, cut, returned, or discounted.
• We reserve the right to change prices and service conditions without prior notice. The service fee is net price including VAT, excluding property relocation fees.
• We ask for customer cooperation in storing and moving property of value out of the service area, as the company will not be liable for any damage, loss, or disappearance in any case.
• We request permission to take photos of the customer's service area for assessment purposes in providing the service.
• If the customer incurs parking fees for the service area, additional charges may be billed later by the company.
