Standard work procedures

  1. Steps before entering work
    • Check the installation location of the non-electric water filter.
    • Inspect all included products and equipment before installation. (In the case of a difference in price, the technician will inform the matter to vFIX Contact Center and confirm the price with the customer. If the customer agrees to accept the conditions for the difference. The technician team then started installing it.)
  2. Steps during work
    • Measure the distance between the holes for drilling holes to hang the water filter. Measured from the back of the water filter. and drill holes in the wall at predetermined locations.
    • Then shoot the anchors and screws at the points specified above. Raise and install the water filter.
    • Take the 3-way joint with the 2-inch water valve and screw it into the faucet. Then connect the water hose to the 3-way connector. Take the water hose (included in the water filter set) and connect it to the 2-inch water valve. Tighten the screws to tighten the connected hose.
    • Connect the end of the hose to the water filter firmly. And connect the faucet for the water filter and you're done.
  3. Steps for checking work
    • Turn the machine on and off for normal use or not?
    • In the case of abnormal usage, the technician will report back to the Contact Center to find a solution.

Installation service conditions

  1. Terms of service
    • The above price includes 7% VAT.
    • Water filter installation is the price of a hanging water filter. Placed on the sink and placed on the floor
    • Installing a UV water filter system must have a plug nearby the installation point.
    • We provide installation services only in areas that already have connections to tap water and electricity. If there is no water and electricity connection point, the company reserves the right to charge additional on-site prices.
    • Water filter installation is the price of a hanging water filter system with RO, UV, UF filters.
    • Plug installation work The electrical connection point to the installation location must not be more than 4 meters away and is a floating system.
    • Plumbing work The water supply connection point to the installation location must not be more than 4 meters apart and must be free-standing.
    • The customer provides a stop valve at the connection point.
  2. Installation equipment requirements
    • Wiring and various pipes will be floating only.
    • Standard equipment for actual installation But not more than the amount specified in the standard equipment included in the installation fee above.
    • The company reserves the right to return unused excess equipment and cannot be exchanged for money or any discounts.
    • In the case of excess equipment that the customer provides himself, the company charges installation labor at 50% of the price of that equipment. For equipment that comes with the product for use in installation, labor is not charged.
  3. Installation warranty
    • Guaranteed for 180 days after installation, which is caused by normal use.
    • In the case that the customer wishes to move the installation point or install the old machine, the company will charge labor according to the service fee schedule.
    • We reserve the right in the case that the customer has already signed the document to accept the installation work. It is considered that the installation is complete and the customer has already inspected all installation work. If there is a change/move of the installation point, the company will charge a standard price.
    • We reserve the right to not accept exchanges or returns for products that have been installed. Or suspend service in cases where repairs are required before normal installation or installation is not guaranteed according to normal conditions.
    • The company will not be responsible for any damages caused by
      • The customer hires a third party to do the installation. or modify the company's installation work
      • The customer hires or has the company's technicians install it. Work other than the items specified in the job notification without going through the company.

  • Northern region: Chiang Mai / Chiang Mai Airport
  • Southern Region: Phuket 1 / Phuket / Trang / Nakhon Si Thammarat
    • Free for the first 30 kilometers only from the VFIX branch in Thai Watsadu or BNB Home mentioned above.
    • From kilometer 31 onwards, additional distance is charged at 10 baht per kilometer.

Note:

  • In the event of requesting a reschedule of service appointment, please notify us at least 2 days in advance (during office hours from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm) at phone number 1308. Rescheduling can be done a maximum of 2 times.
  • In case there is no notification for rescheduling the appointment, or if the technician has traveled and cannot proceed due to lack of customer notification of the project details or being outside the working hours in the service area, the company reserves the right to charge a travel fee of 300 Baht per visit.
  • For service changes/returns or cancellations, they can be canceled within 14 days from the date of purchase confirmation in the system.
  • We reserve the right not to refund the installation or usage fees in all cases, including standard installation equipment, which cannot be changed, cut, returned, or discounted.
  • We reserve the right to change prices and service conditions without prior notice. The service fee is net price including VAT, excluding property relocation fees.
  • We ask for customer cooperation in storing and moving property of value out of the service area, as the company will not be liable for any damage, loss, or disappearance in any case.
  • We request permission to take photos of the customer's service area for assessment purposes in providing the service.
  • If the customer incurs parking fees for the service area, additional charges may be billed later by the company.
