  • This price includes installation services. Complete with equipment system set (not including outlet installation)
  • The installation area must have a WiFi signal within the home, except for models that can use a 4G SIM.
  • Services are provided by a team of professional technicians who have been trained in skill standards from the Department of Skill Development.
  • Work guaranteed after installation for 180 days (in the case of normal use)
  • Installation time approximately 2 hours (depending on site area).
  • Number of service technicians: 2 people

  • RG6 signal cable 30 baht per meter
  • Signal cable + Power Line 50 baht per meter
  • VAF electrical wire 2x2.5 sq.mm, 30 baht per meter.
  • LAN cable with connector, 40 baht per meter.
  • Waterproof block 4x4 inches, 150 baht per set.
  • Install 1/2 inch PVC pipe, 40 baht per meter.
  • Scaffolding cost 4-6 meters, price 1,800 baht/time

Standard work procedures

  1. Steps before installation
    • Check the equipment that comes with the installation kit, such as Support mounts, Hubs, Security devices.
    • If you want to order via the online system, you must use the Gateway device.
  2. Steps during work
    • Drilling support and installing security equipment
    • Insert the battery and turn on the security device.
    • Connect the Gateway to all security devices.
  3. Steps for checking work
    • Check operation using the functions of the Secutiry equipment, both Stand Alone and Online.
    • Check the functionality in the application such as viewing images, recording images, and controlling online cameras on all secondary devices.

Conditions for installing Home Security Set equipment

  • The above service fee is a lump sum fee for installing the system set at a height not exceeding 3 meters (not including installation of socket outlets).
  • In the case of installing additional equipment from the standard set, the company charges an additional service fee without adding additional outlets on a per point basis, priced at 500 baht/point.

Scope of service area

  • Areas nearby VFIX branches, Bangkok and surrounding areas
    • Free for the first 30 kilometers from the VFIX branch in Thai Watsadu or BNB Home.
    • From kilometer 31 onwards, additional distance is charged at 10 baht per kilometer.

Note:

  • In the event of requesting a reschedule of service appointment, please notify us at least 2 days in advance (during office hours from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm) at phone number 1308. Rescheduling can be done a maximum of 2 times.
  • In case there is no notification for rescheduling the appointment, or if the technician has traveled and cannot proceed due to lack of customer notification of the project details or being outside the working hours in the service area, the company reserves the right to charge a travel fee of 300 Baht per visit.
  • For service changes/returns or cancellations, they can be canceled within 14 days from the date of purchase confirmation in the system.
  • We reserve the right not to refund the installation or usage fees in all cases, including standard installation equipment, which cannot be changed, cut, returned, or discounted.
  • We reserve the right to change prices and service conditions without prior notice. The service fee is net price including VAT, excluding property relocation fees.
  • We ask for customer cooperation in storing and moving property of value out of the service area, as the company will not be liable for any damage, loss, or disappearance in any case.
  • We request permission to take photos of the customer's service area for assessment purposes in providing the service.
  • If the customer incurs parking fees for the service area, additional charges may be billed later by the company.
