Product Details

  • Simple door knob installation service inside and outside the house
  • It is a service for removing old door knobs and installing new door knobs. (The knob must be the same style or close to the original style only)
  • This service does not include installation of screw hole cover plates or filler knobs. and the work of collecting putty and painting the doors
  • Services are provided by a team of professional technicians who have been trained in skill standards from the Department of Skill Development.
  • Work guaranteed after installation for 180 days (in the case of normal use)
  • Installation time approximately 1 day (depending on the job site).

Standard work procedures

  1. Steps before entering work
    • Check the doorknob installation location.
    • Inspect all included products and equipment before installation. (If there is a difference in price, the technician will inform the matter to vFIX Contact Center and confirm the price with the customer. If the customer agrees to accept the conditions for the difference. V-Fix technician then started installing)
  2. Steps during work
    • Mark Door
    • Drill holes and install bolts.
    • Install impact protection (tongue plate)
    • Install the knob on the door.
    • Adjust the outer plate
    • Assemble the round plate and the knob head inside
  3. Steps for checking work
    • Test the actual use
    • In the case of abnormal usage, the technician will report back to the vFIX Contact Center to find a solution.

Installation service conditions

  1. Installation requirements
    • The above price is the price of dismantling the original knob.
    • The above service charge for changing from the original knob to a new type. which has different usage characteristics The customer must prepare a plate for installation to enhance strength and beauty.
    • The service fee does not include puttying work to cover screw holes or various cartridge slots and painting work.
    • Customers must prepare the work site before installing.
    • The service fee does not include installation of the elephant ear type knob. Or does not include the installation of knobs for double doors?
    • When installing a RIM LOCK/MORTISE digital key, the door surface material and door structure must be strong enough. The door thickness is at least 35 mm. The width from the door edge to the mullion is at least 13 cm. or it is a solid door (the company does not accept installation on PVC doors) and must drill holes to install only in the area. The door manufacturer reinforces the knob area only (1 meter distance from the top and bottom edge of the door).
    • In the case of work fixing frames, lining frames, or adding doors, it is considered additional service work. and reserve the right not to accept service to repair the condition of the door before installation.
    • We reserve the right to not accept exchanges or returns for products that have been installed.
    • In the event that the job site is not ready for installation or has not been notified 2 days in advance of the appointment date, the company will charge a travel fee of 300 baht/time.
  2. Installation warranty
    • Installation guaranteed for 180 days, which is due to normal use. or according to product usage standards
    • In the case that the customer wishes to move the installation point or install the old one, labor will be charged according to the service fee schedule.
    • The company will not be responsible for any damages resulting from the following cases.
      • The customer hires a third party to do the installation. or modify the company's installation work
      • The customer hires or has the company's technicians install it. Work other than the items specified in the work report. without going through the company

    • Central region: Nakhon Pathom / Ayutthaya
    • Eastern Region : Chachoengsao / Bowin / Pattaya / South Pattaya / Chonburi / Sri Racha / Amata Nakorn / Bang Saen / Ban Chang / Rayong
    • Northeastern region: Khon Kaen / Mittraphap Khon Kaen / Nakhon Ratchasima / Pak Chong
    • Northern region: Chiang Mai / Chiang Mai Airport
    • Southern Region : Phuket / Phuket 1
  • Free for the first 30 kilometers only from the VFIX branch in Thai Watsadu or BNB Home mentioned above.
  • From kilometer 31 onwards, additional distance is charged at 10 baht per kilometer.

Note:

  • In the event of requesting a reschedule of service appointment, please notify us at least 2 days in advance (during office hours from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm) at phone number 1308. Rescheduling can be done a maximum of 2 times.
  • In case there is no notification for rescheduling the appointment, or if the technician has traveled and cannot proceed due to lack of customer notification of the project details or being outside the working hours in the service area, the company reserves the right to charge a travel fee of 300 Baht per visit.
  • For service changes/returns or cancellations, they can be canceled within 14 days from the date of purchase confirmation in the system.
  • We reserve the right not to refund the installation or usage fees in all cases, including standard installation equipment, which cannot be changed, cut, returned, or discounted.
  • We reserve the right to change prices and service conditions without prior notice. The service fee is net price including VAT, excluding property relocation fees.
  • We ask for customer cooperation in storing and moving property of value out of the service area, as the company will not be liable for any damage, loss, or disappearance in any case.
  • We request permission to take photos of the customer's service area for assessment purposes in providing the service.
  • If the customer incurs parking fees for the service area, additional charges may be billed later by the company.
