Standard equipment included in the installation fee

Standard work procedures

  1. Steps before installation
    • Check the equipment that comes with the installation kit, such as Support mounting equipment, Harddisk, Recorder, Adapter cable, etc.
    • Check the installation point at the customer site. It must be an area that can clearly receive the signal from the router of the customer's home, not more than 25 meters from the installation point from the router, and an area that is not blocked by the signal, including an area that does not have sources of signal interference.

  2. Steps during work
    • Install the recorder The installation point must have an outlet. and connect the meter monitor to the recorder and connect all camera adapters to temporary outlets to check that there is a video signal.
    • Check the signal at the installation point randomly. Draw the temporary wire to the installation location and connect the adapter cable to the camera and test the system connection and it is considered OK to have a clear signal.
    • Check the signal according to Section 2.2 at every installation point.
    • Attach the Support anchor to the wall or pole along with the camera and run the wires from the connection point to the waterproof box and install the receptacle inside the waterproof box.
    • Connect the Adapter cable to the socket in the waterproof case and the camera.
    • Install all cameras according to items 2.4 - 2.5.
    • Check the visual signal after installation. There is a clear picture at every installation point. After that, try using the functions within the recorder. Adjust the image resolution and recording time as desired.
    • If you want to watch online on your mobile phone Install the relevant application and connect the camera system according to the steps on both the main and secondary phones.
  3. Steps for checking work

Installation service conditions

  1. IP Wifi Camera installation conditions
    • Wifi Camera installation work, Set Up control via the Internet system, must have a Wifi system within the home only.
    • Camera equipment installation work The installation distance or height depends on the Wifi signal strength at the installation point.
    • The above service fee is for the installation of the camera. and set up the camera system Does not include installation of outlets. (Depending on the type of camera used)
    • The company reserves the right to provide service only to areas that already have electricity.
    • Camera installation work at a height not exceeding 3 meters. If installed in a location that is higher than 3 meters and is at risk of danger, the company would like to consider additional installation costs.
    • Wifi Camera installation service fee with socket installation (The customer provides the outlet.) Wiring distance according to standards. Length not exceeding 4 meters, only bare and floating wires will be used. Does not include electrical conduit wiring work and wall-mounted conduit wiring work. Excess is considered additional work. Calculated as a rate per meter
  2. Installation conditions for IP Wifi Camera with NVR / DVR recorder
    • Service fee for installing a recorder and a set of 4 cameras at a height not exceeding 3 meters.
    • Signal wiring Or the signal cable with Power Line will be wired bare and floating only. Does not include work walking inside electrical conduits. or pipe work buried inside the wall In this regard, the company Please consider it as additional work.
    • The installation fee is a lump sum installation, consisting of 1 set of recorder, 4 sets of cameras, and signal cables as per the supplied product. The excess is considered based on the additional work rate. (Labor included) In the case of not using it all. Cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • The distance and location for installing the Wifi Camera depends on the clarity of the Wifi signal at the installation point.
    • In the case of installing additional camera equipment from the standard set, the company would like to consider the cost on a per-point basis of 625 baht and additional cables will be considered in meters.
  3. Conditions for installing Home Security Set equipment
    • Lump sum installation fee including system set with equipment installation height not exceeding 3 meters and installation without adding additional outlets.
    • In the case of installing additional equipment from the standard set (4ea/set), the company would like to consider expenses on a point-by-point basis. (without adding an outlet) 500 baht

Scope of service area

  • Areas nearby VFIX branches, Bangkok and surrounding areas
    • Free for the first 30 kilometers from the VFIX branch in Thai Watsadu or BNB Home.
    • From kilometer 31 onwards, additional distance is charged at 10 baht per kilometer.

Note:

  • In the event of requesting a reschedule of service appointment, please notify us at least 2 days in advance (during office hours from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm) at phone number 1308. Rescheduling can be done a maximum of 2 times.
  • In case there is no notification for rescheduling the appointment, or if the technician has traveled and cannot proceed due to lack of customer notification of the project details or being outside the working hours in the service area, the company reserves the right to charge a travel fee of 300 Baht per visit.
  • For service changes/returns or cancellations, they can be canceled within 14 days from the date of purchase confirmation in the system.
  • We reserve the right not to refund the installation or usage fees in all cases, including standard installation equipment, which cannot be changed, cut, returned, or discounted.
  • We reserve the right to change prices and service conditions without prior notice. The service fee is net price including VAT, excluding property relocation fees.
  • We ask for customer cooperation in storing and moving property of value out of the service area, as the company will not be liable for any damage, loss, or disappearance in any case.
  • We request permission to take photos of the customer's service area for assessment purposes in providing the service.
  • If the customer incurs parking fees for the service area, additional charges may be billed later by the company.
