Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Terms of Service
   • The above service charge is for vacuuming dust mites. Room cleaning work is not included. or curtain cleaning work And it's not a housekeeper's job.
   • Dust mite removal service Customers must prepare the area before receiving service. Collect bedsheets, pillowcases, and pillowcases to prepare for vacuuming dust mites.
   • Working tools include Dust mite vacuum cleaner and ozone dryer
   • Before work, the technician inspects the area together with the customer and the vFIX technician team. The technician team will explain the work steps. and clarify the limitations of that work site (if any) before starting work every time
   • Mattresses no more than 10 inches thick can be vacuumed for dust mites without turning the mattress over.
   • The above dust mite vacuum service fee per job consists of 1) 1 mattress (size as specified by the customer in the survey) 2) 2 pillows 3) 2 bolsters. In cases where there are parts other than the above work, the company Please consider this as additional work.
   • Ozone treatment is used only in the serviced rooms to kill germs in the air. Including eliminating unwanted odors and small dust particles It takes about 15 minutes to bake the zone.
   • After completing the work Team of technicians keep tools and work site tidy and inspect the condition of the work site and send the work to the customer
   • We reserve the right to provide service only in areas where there is already water and electricity.

2. Conditions not included in the Terms of Service
   • This service does not include moving items, furniture, and electrical appliances.
   • This service does not include cleaning of rooms, curtains, and any furniture.
   • This service does not guarantee damage to materials, surfaces, and furniture that are already damaged. Unless it can be proven that the damage was caused by the employee's work only.

Scope of service area

• Areas nearby VFIX branches, Bangkok and surrounding areas
  
  • Free for the first 30 kilometers from the VFIX branch in Thai Watsadu or BNB Home.
  • From kilometer 31 onwards, additional distance is charged at 10 baht per kilometer.

Note:

• In the event of requesting a reschedule of service appointment, please notify us at least 2 days in advance (during office hours from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm) at phone number 1308. Rescheduling can be done a maximum of 2 times.
• In case there is no notification for rescheduling the appointment, or if the technician has traveled and cannot proceed due to lack of customer notification of the project details or being outside the working hours in the service area, the company reserves the right to charge a travel fee of 300 Baht per visit.
• For service changes/returns or cancellations, they can be canceled within 14 days from the date of purchase confirmation in the system.
• We reserve the right not to refund the installation or usage fees in all cases, including standard installation equipment, which cannot be changed, cut, returned, or discounted.
• We reserve the right to change prices and service conditions without prior notice. The service fee is net price including VAT, excluding property relocation fees.
• We ask for customer cooperation in storing and moving property of value out of the service area, as the company will not be liable for any damage, loss, or disappearance in any case.
• We request permission to take photos of the customer's service area for assessment purposes in providing the service.
• If the customer incurs parking fees for the service area, additional charges may be billed later by the company.
