How to use

• surface preparation
  • Roughen the surface by extraction or polishing. to enhance the adhesion of repair cement
  • Concrete surfaces must be strong and clean. Free from dirt, dust and other foreign matter.
  • The concrete surface should be cured to be wet. Leave at least 4 hours and absorb excess water remaining on the work surface before use.

  • Crocodile Acrylic Patch 1 kg. : 0.2 liters of water (by weight) or
  • Crocodile Acrylic Patch 4.5-5 parts : water 1 part (by volume)
• mixing
  
  • To mix, use a clean mixing tank, measure water, and slowly pour Crocodile Acrylic Patch into the specified ratio. Turn on the mixer to mix well (1-3 minutes).
  • In case of pouring thickness more than 5 cm., it is recommended to mix 5 kg. of 1/8-3/8 inch size pebbles per 20 kg. of crocodile acrylic patch.
  • In the case of use in small amounts Should be mixed using a trowel to stir well. And should not work for more than 15 minutes, must be used immediately after mixing.

  1. Use a trowel to scoop and fill the work surface. Do not use water to make up the skin. Wait until it starts to form. then use a trowel to decorate the surface as needed
  2. If you want to pour a layer, scrape the surface rough and leave it for 1 day, then use water to soak it up. to coordinate well before pouring the next layer

Additional recommendations

• Should not be used with a thickness less than 13 mm.
• Products should not be used to repair surfaces, asphalt or concrete containing latex modified concrete (Latex Modified Concrete).
• The product should not be used as a connector of any kind.
• Do not mix other ingredients into the product.
• Should not be mixed with water to make it liquefied while in use. And don't use water to decorate the skin.
• Applications in temperatures below 4°C or above 35°C should follow the instructions.
• The product contains Portland cement. and other admixtures. Safety equipment such as gloves, dust masks, goggles, etc. should be used.
• In case of contact with eyes, rinse eyes with clean water several times immediately and consult a doctor.
• Should be kept out of the reach of children.

Storage
